    If you could option F72 then wouldn't they have specified the same tyres as a one tonner and lifted the GVM as well?

    Because of all the other tonner bits that would be needed too, which would include a Salisbury rear axle on 6cyl vehicles. Plus a special tailshaft with 1.125"unis front and rear.

    I don't think you could get F72 outside of the XW5 "Outback Equipment Package" either, and it didn't increase the GVW of the vehicle otherwise all the other tonner bits would be needed as well. As far as i'm aware the F72 springs were for a constant load increase eg a canopy on a ute or permanent toolboxes or racks in a van.

    Thanks everyone for your input now its just down to what to do back to original or i'd like to change colour to a white and put some decals on but thats way down the road

    The Hz was a 5 lt ute the hx ticks all the sandman boxes except for the 2200 kg gvm would you describe it as a sandman with a f 72 option
