can't go past kempi in mig , alot of panelbeaters use tig with plulse technology and run about 30-35amps and weld thin panels. or just buy what suits your price range.

No-one has mentioned the henrob torch, so I will now.
I have a gas/gasless mig by SIP, it stays on the shelf.

I went to a specialist welding shop in Toowoomba - Stafford Welding. I told them what I was doing( some rust repairs on the van) also told them of my limited welding experience. I bought one of their own German inverter welder - gas/gasless/stick/. So far has been very good with the gas.
