    From the information I have gathered they were different colours dependent on the drive train combination.
    My Hz 253,m20 GV7 was blue,
    IMG_4901 copy 2.jpg

    Is that a PV/ ute?

    WBute was helping with the info, mine also has numbers stenciled on it, D 457

    If you have a look at this old thread, there is info about colours and numbers

    Yep thanks Wombat I recall the thread, nice work referencing it. Still, not at all solved though, but a start.

    In terms of Rathyhg's Ford blue issue, well... I don't think you can go too wrong with black.
