So im gunna do a full resto and put a second hand good runner engine in my car
not on my watch

Actually this motor has been rebuilt recently. But I have no paperwork. So I say sell as good runner

If it compression tested ok then yeah I would paint it chev orange and drop it in. U have to have a win here or there or your rebuild will cost $50k
