GMH required it to be produced identical to the original copy provided without any date or "Reprint".For those seeking to make their restoration look original the HK booklet meets that need. GMH legal would likely refer any issues about copy documents to the individual state authorities such as the RTA or Stolen Car Squad if it looked like fraud. As in all transactions these days the more requirements for authenticity means those doing the wrong thing get as smart just as quick.
